The Housing Options Questionnaire was devised by Elderly Accommodation Counsel. Please call our FirstStop Advice Line on 0800 377 70 70 (weekdays between 9am - 5pm) to talk to one of our friendly advisors, who are experienced in all aspects of housing, support services and care for older people.

If you have answered some or all of our questions, you might like to email your answers to us, and ask us to call you when we've had a chance to study them.
